For once in my life I'm actually serious about my weight loss. This is my 2nd time doing Weight Watchers and it will be my last! :)

I love workout DVDs and have a lot (P90x, biggest loser DVDs, walking DVDs, Jillian michaels etc) and this Billy Blanks Tae Bo is my favorite!!! It’s the same Tae Bo moves in his other DVDs if any of you guys have done them, but adds resistance bands attached to your hands and feet. I was drenched in sweat after the 30 min cardio burn DVD. you guys should definitely try it if you can!!
