LOL!! So he must have gotten excited for some reason and the sheath of his penis went back to expose the penis, but then it went back to far and got stuck behind the glands on the side of the penis and then it couldn’t come back over and cover the penis. I guess from being exposed for so long most likely a day or so, the penis then began to swell making it virtually impossible for the sheath to do its job and cover the penis again.
